It was while working at industry giant i2 Technologies that Avinash came to an important realization: true supply chain optimization cannot be achieved unless the issue of enterprise mobility is addressed. This moment of recognition, paired with the entrepreneurial spirit of the founding team, was the impetus behind the launch of Endeavour Software Technologies. Today, Avinash leads the way in Endeavour’s quest for top-quality software solutions as the company’s CEO.

Rahul Aggarwal - MD and Co-Founder :Rahul Aggarwal’s degree in chemical engineering led him to an early career in consumer goods manufacturing. As he ascended the organizational ranks at Unilever, Rahul was forced to grapple with the challenge of real-time, on-the-go data collection and dissemination. The drive to develop a smarter way to handle enterprise data led Rahul to begin to explore the realm of mobile technology. Today, Rahul and Avinash have teamed up to help Endeavour’s customers develop smart, targeted enterprise mobility solutions.

Manish Garg - COO and Co-Founder :Manish Garg lives and breathes the complex technologies that form the very backbone of today’s state-of-the-art banking systems. After spending his early career leading global implementation teams for core banking systems such as Infosys’ Finnacle, Manish began to apply his technical knowledge to broader business challenges. Today, he directs Endeavour’s initiatives in the banking domain and helps some of the world’s most prominent hedge funds, banks, and other financial institutions leverage cutting-edge technology to manage their assets.

Vinay Shukla - Director and Co-Founder :With a strong academic background, Vinay started his career in energy sector with designing high pressure energy vessels and layouts for LPG bottling plants for leading energy company in India. While his instinct at this role, Vinay managed the design and construction of the first bottling plant with mounded high pressure LPG vessels and was awarded for excellence in design, delivery and project management. The passion of technology and innovation led Vinay to envisage the future of mobile computing in process industry and this zest with a blend of entrepreneurial skill inspired Vinay to form Endeavour with fellow founding team.

With over a decade of experience at various levels in energy sector and investment banks such as Barclays Capital and UBS Investment Bank, Vinay brings unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen as well as industry experience to drive mobility needs across these verticals. Currently, Vinay heads Endeavour’s operations in the UK and drives Endeavour’s growing roster of clients throughout EMEA.

Vinay holds a bachelor degree in materials and metallurgical engineering from Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.
