Phased Approach
Endeavor’s proprietary Phased Quality Process allows us to achieve two goals simultaneously: it provides a standardized framework for our team’s workflow, while also allowing enough flexibility to be able to adapt our processes to match each client’s organizational needs and the specific project requirements. In order to maximize efficiency, different teams work sequentially or concurrently on discrete parts of the project throughout the entire development process.

Quality Process Approach
