1)
Time & Materials
The Time and Materials business model allows Endeavour to offers its clients broad flexibility to alter specifications based on current, emerging, and forecasted market trends. This model is most suitable for projects in the initial stages of development, where specifications have not yet been fully defined.
The client pays an hourly development fee that is mutually agreed upon at the time of contract signing, and project costs are determined by the amount of time and resources that are expended. This model can be further customized by allowing the client to select the number
of Endeavour team members assigned to the project, and at the same time, optimize the cost and duration of the project.

Fixed Price
Endeavour follows a Fixed Price business model for projects that are specifically defined in terms of their requirements, schedules, and project path. Under this business model, we work with our clients to define their expected deliverable outcomes and to determine a mutually agreed fixed price.
3) Offshore Development
Center (ODC) Model
Endeavour has a state-of-the-art development center in India, which enables its clients to leverage the technical expertise of India in combination with the business agility of the U.S. and UK. Through the ODC model, our clients gain access to our team of highly experienced professionals with varied skill sets, resources, flexibility and time-to-market advantages, allowing them to enjoy the long-term gains of offshore outsourcing.
All of our ODC work processes adhere strictly to clients' business-critical objectives, while
still remaining flexible enough to consider new ideas, design validations, development processes, test plans, and schedules for implementing the project.

ODC - Transfer model
As a supplemental option to the standard Offshore Development Center model, Endeavour offers its clients the flexibility of assigning dedicated personnel to the client’s project. If desired, arrangements can also be made to transfer Endeavour personnel to work at the client’s site for a specified duration.
5) Intellectual
Property Licensing
At Endeavour, intellectual property is viewed as a profit center, which involves legal, technical, ethical, strategic, and financial considerations. Working as the clients’ software developer and supplier, Endeavour does not own the intellectual property of the work the firm completes for its clients. The client owns all intellectual property related to the project, unless another arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.
However, Endeavour also develops software products and components completely at its own cost, which are clearly identifiable in a project assigned to and developed by Endeavour. If desired, Endeavour can provide these products and components at incremental costs to its clients.
